~ Is an Estate Sale right for you?  To determine this, we offer a free consultation in your home.  We will review the items you wish to sell, discuss your schedule and provide a verbal estimate of the projected total at absolutely no cost to you.


~ The next step is to sign the contract.  The contract clearly spells out scope of work, fees, and schedule.  Typically we need about one week before the sale to do our set-up.


~ We provide everything necessary for the set-up.  We sort, clean, arrange and display.  We do research to accurately price items and if necessary we will obtain a professional appraisal.


~ When set up is complete we post photos on our web site and send an email invitation to our database of 2100+ customers to invite them to a Thursday sale.


~ We advertise in the Union-Tribune and local venues for our Friday, Saturday and Sunday sale. We use professional signs to direct people to the sale.


~ The sale begins Thursday morning.  Our experienced crew will control access to the entrance and exit for security.   The valuables and jewelry are kept in a secured case. Our cashiers write a receipt for each customer.  We endeavor to have a fun, friendly, smoothly run sale.  

~ After the sale we arrange a final liquidation buyout and trash removal if requested.

~ You will receive your accounting, which includes an itemized inventory of items over $40, within 10 days.
